The Management is dedicating this page to you because we'd like to know what you think. Each month, we give due diligence to our next lineup because we want to provide you with a music environment that is creative, original and deserving of your praise. America's musical artform, jazz, is ever moving and yet entrenched in the melodies of yesterday as well as tomorrow. Once a performance is over, unless recorded, it remains only inside of you, almost like a snapshot that only you took. We welcome your snapshots of solos and performances, good and bad.
Of course, the management also has the responsibility and discretion to not print your comments, and they are the sole property of Caton Castle, but we will weigh heavily, your decision to write and our descretion will be limited to unsavory or inappropriate responses.
We look forward to hearing from you about our webpage, food, flyers, parking lot, you name it, but our greatest concern is about the performances! The Performances!!! are what its all about. Let us know what you think!

I wrote a review for Yelp which has generated a lot of D.C. comments. My usband and I really enjoyed the show and drove in from Annapolis to see it. We've known the founder of Moon August, Greg Hatza for many years and he is one of the foremost organ players in the country (also has a modern jazz band called the Greg Hatza Organization). Moon August is the most underrated bands in the tristate area - they are utterly amazing individually and collectively and have represented this country many, many times overseas. They are what America is all about talent, brains, and diversity. Thanks for bringing them to Caton Castle. And didn't you love Greg's "Meet Me With Your Black Drawers On" (I always request it) usually Harold sings this. Brilliant, Brilliant and bring 'em back again and again. Keep the music alive!
Moon August was terrific. Food was excellent and your "wait" staff both professional and fun. Had a GREAT time and will return. Keep the music alive.

I attended the New Year's brunch and was more than surprised with the talent. Baltimore has come a long way to produce a young talent like Warren Wolf. Although I've seen him perform wonderfully on piano and drums, his true calling is the vibes. He played a solo in the first set that was riveting and yet gentle. He displayed such command over the vibes that his mallots looked like a steady stream of light and yet you could discern each note. I understand how he could be traveling he has such a gift of sound and I look forward to seeing him again. PetitMaaChine
1/4/08 Just wanted to thank you for the grand New Year's brunch you put on this week. My only resolution this year was to hear more live music, and you let me start off with a magical performance.
